Delivery is usually between 9 am & 5 pm on Weekdays.
Orders placed before 11.45 am will go out the next business day. Orders received after this time will go out the following business day. For example, orders placed at 11.40 am Monday go out Tuesday. Orders received at 12.01 pm Monday go out Wednesday.

The courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. i.e. Authority to Leave is assumed.
Our boxes have pictures of bikes on them so if your bike needs to be a surprise you may want to have it delivered to work or an alternative address.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
If you are sending it to a business address please provide the business name
All products are in stock unless otherwise stated next to the item
For the bulk of our deliveries, we use Aramex, Couriers Please, or Australia Post. You will receive consignment note details via email from Transdirect, Australia Post, or Sendle.

Great for race week prep
