FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $250 AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Delivery is charged at the FLAT RATE of $15 per order Australia-wide.
IMPORTANT:
Our boxes have pictures of bikes on them so if your bike needs to be a surprise you may want to have it delivered to work or an alternative address.
For the bulk of our deliveries we use Aramex, Couriers Please or Australia Post. You will receive consignment note details via email from Transdirect, Australia Post or Sendle.
If you have not received an email from one of our carriers please check your junk mail box as these emails sometimes end up here. Please email nicole@xchangesports.com.au or call 0408 604 375 if you have any concerns.
Standard Delivery:
Orders placed before 11.45am will go out the next business day. Orders received after this time will go out the following business day. For example orders placed at 11.40am Monday go out Tuesday. Orders received at 12.01pm Monday go out Wednesday.

- Delivery is usually between 9 am & 5 pm on Weekdays.
- The courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. i.e. Authority to Leave is assumed.
