At Xchange Sports, we will do everything we can to offer your child the best ‘first bike’ experience. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item purchased from this site for a refund within 30-days of the invoice.
Since we all share the goal of having your child happily riding a bike, we encourage you to call us as we might be able to resolve the issue without returning the product. All of our kids bikes come with both a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects and a 30 day 100% Love your Ride satisfaction guarantee.
We welcome feedback and will quickly respond to warranty issues. If you are not satisfied for any reason, PLEASE contact us first.
If you wish to return your bike please contact us with your proof of purchase and we will provide you with a Return Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All of our Balance bikes come with a Two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is limited to riders weighing less than 30kgs for 12″ models and 50kgs for 14″ – 16″ – 18″ and 20″ models.
Resolving warranty issues is easy. Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Please explain the issue you’re experiencing with your Xchange Sports product.
- Attach a digital photo.
- Complete shipping address.
- Daytime phone number.
- Email address.
- The Production Date and batch Number of your Bike if applicable.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, whether returning or exchanging. Please refrain from unpacking and/or assembling if there is a possibility of a return for personal reasons. If we made a shipping error, such as sending you the wrong color, style, or size then we will gladly email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us for an exchange or refund. Ordering the wrong size is NOT considered an error on Xchange Sports part. Please be sure of your choice(s) when making your purchase.:
Important: Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise (normally within 1-2 business days but not to exceed 7 days).
