If your purchase is not right, contact our team to arrange a return. Your return must be handed to the shipping carrier within 30 days of the delivery date.

For eligible returns, we refund the product price paid and the refundable standard domestic delivery charge. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

You can assemble your bike, check its size and give your child a short test ride on a clean, dry surface.

A short outdoor test ride is welcome if that helps you decide. Treat it like a bike-shop test ride: choose a safe, clean, paved area and keep the bike looking clean and new.

• Follow the assembly instructions and complete the safety checks before riding.
• Make sure your child wears a correctly fitted helmet and is supervised.
• Keep the test ride short and use a clean, dry surface.
• Avoid long rides, dirt trails, mud and rough terrain.
• Keep the original packaging for the return journey.

The guarantee allows a short test ride to check fit and suitability. Please wait until you have decided to keep the bike before starting everyday riding or heading out on longer adventures.

Returning Accessories

Accessories must be returned in clean, unused condition, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

The test-ride allowance described above applies to bikes. If you would like to return another type of product, contact our team before using it so we can explain the applicable return conditions.

Understanding the Costs

Delivery Charges & Return Shipping

Our promotional standard domestic flat-rate delivery charges are refundable under this guarantee. These include the standard $20 delivery charge for eligible bikes and accessories and the $60 delivery charge for the Kidvelo Rookie 24.

Refunds reflect the eligible amounts you actually paid. You are responsible for return shipping. If we arrange return freight, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Expedited delivery charges are not refundable under this change-of-mind guarantee.

How to Arrange Your Return

1. Contact our team. Provide your order number, the product you would like to return and whether you prefer an exchange or refund.
2. Get your return instructions. We will explain where to send your product and how to arrange return shipping.
3. Pack your return carefully. Use the original packaging and include the parts and accessories supplied with the product.
4. Send it within the return window. Hand the parcel to the shipping carrier within 30 days of delivery and keep your tracking receipt.

Please contact us early enough to allow time to arrange shipping before the 30-day deadline.

Refunds & Exchanges

We will check that your returned product meets the conditions of this guarantee and contact you about your refund or exchange.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for your purchase. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the refund available in your account.

If you prefer an exchange, let us know which product you would like. We will confirm availability and explain any price difference or additional shipping cost before proceeding.

Faulty Products & Consumer Guarantees

This voluntary money back guarantee is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The 30-day deadline, product condition requirements and shipping deductions in this guarantee do not limit your statutory rights if a product is faulty or fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
