30-day returns: If the scooter is unsuitable for your child, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Change-of-mind returns must be unused, undamaged and returned with all original instructions, components, inserts and packaging. Please assemble and test the scooter indoors and do not ride it outdoors if you may need to return it.

Scooters that have been ridden outdoors, modified, damaged or show signs of wear cannot be accepted as change-of-mind returns.

One-year scooter warranty: This scooter includes a one-year warranty against eligible manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, stunts, modifications, incorrect assembly, normal wear or cosmetic damage.

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please photograph the product and packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
