Three-step fit check before you ride
- Step 1 — Measure. Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the head, just above the eyebrows. Note the centimetre reading.
- Step 2 — Level and clear. Place the helmet flat on the head. Two fingers must fit between the helmet’s lower edge and the top of the eyebrow.
- Step 3 — Shake test. Fasten the chin strap. Shake the head firmly in all directions. The helmet must not shift forward, backward, or sideways.
