Every component on this 24″ bike is chosen to keep weight low without sacrificing strength.
The butted 6061 alloy frame runs a bi-oval down tube that adds stiffness where loads are highest, while a 40mm travel fork with alloy lowers takes the sting out of kerbs, gravel and rougher trail.
Shifting is handled by a 7-speed Shimano setup: a TY-300 rear derailleur paired with a 14-28T freewheel and Revoshift twist shifters, so young riders can change gear without taking their hands off the bars.
Alloy linear-pull brakes front and rear provide the bite needed to pull up quickly.
Wheels are 24″ alloy with 32 holes, wrapped in 1.95″ tyres that hold grip on sealed paths and dirt alike. Rounding out the build are high-impact nylon pedals, a Selle Royal kids-specific saddle, a quick-release seat clamp for fast saddle height changes, and a kickstand.
