5-Year Product Warranty
The Cruzee UltraLite 12 is covered for five years against manufacturing defects when purchased from Xchange Sports Australia, subject to the applicable warranty terms and normal conditions of use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modifications, accident damage or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of this written warranty and cannot be excluded.
30-Day “Love Your Ride” Guarantee
If the Cruzee UltraLite 12 is not right for your family, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We can help with sizing, setup or adjustment questions and explain your available return options.
For a return under the guarantee, the product must be handed to the return carrier within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us early enough to arrange the return.
Short Bike Test Ride Allowed
You may assemble the bike and take a short test ride on a clean, dry surface to check its fit and suitability. Keep the bike clean and looking new, retain all original components and packaging, and avoid long rides, dirt trails and mud.
Change-of-Mind Returns & Exchanges
Contact us before returning anything. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, where required, a Return Authorisation Number.
For approved change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Choosing the wrong size is generally treated as a change of mind when the product supplied matches the order and product description.
Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Item
If you receive the wrong item, or the bike arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Perfect balance bike for Toddlers
This bike is great for toddlers and young children before progressing to a bike with pedals. It is very light weight, so much so that my 2.5 year old can easily pick it up and carry it. The seat and handle bar height is adjustable so I think I will get around 3-4 years out of this bike. The wheels are made of foam instead of being air filled which has meant we haven’t needed to refill the tyres. Very happy with the purchase.
