5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
The Kidvelo Rookie 24 is covered for five years against manufacturing defects, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and its 120kg maximum rider weight.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modifications, accident damage or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of this written warranty and cannot be excluded.
30-Day “Love Your Ride” Guarantee
If the Rookie 24 is not right for your family, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We can help with sizing, setup, pedal-kit installation, automatic-gear questions or adjustments and explain your available return options.
For a return under the guarantee, the product must be handed to the return carrier within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us early enough to arrange the return.
Short Bike Test Ride Allowed
You may assemble the bike and take a short test ride on a clean, dry surface to check its fit and suitability. Keep the bike clean and looking new, retain the Easy-Ride Pedal Kit, kickstand, tools, original components and packaging, and avoid long rides, dirt trails and mud.
Change-of-Mind Returns & Exchanges
Contact us before returning anything. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, where required, a Return Authorisation Number.
For approved change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Choosing the wrong size is generally treated as a change of mind when the product supplied matches the order and product description.
Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Item
If you receive the wrong item, or the bike arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
