Triple Eight Protective Gear Warranty
90-Day Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects for Triple Eight pads and gloves.
The manufacturer warranty covers genuine defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, abrasion from use, misuse, modification or damage caused by falls and impacts.
30-Day Love Your Ride Guarantee
We want you and your child to be happy with your purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Many sizing and fitting concerns can often be resolved quickly with a little expert guidance, so we recommend contacting us before arranging a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your protective gear, please contact us before sending it back.
Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.
Change-of-Mind & Fit Returns
For approved change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Where the product supplied matches your order and product description, a return because the fit isn’t suitable is treated as a change-of-mind return or exchange, rather than a shipping or fulfilment error.
Before Wearing or Customising the Pads
If you think you may need to return the protective gear for change-of-mind or fit reasons, please keep it:
- Unused
- Unmarked and not customised
- With both dry-erase markers included
- With all straps and components complete
- In its original packaging
We recommend checking the fit before your child rides in or draws on the pads, as used or personalised protective gear may not be suitable for a change-of-mind return.
If We Send the Wrong Item
If Xchange Sports makes an error with your order — such as sending the wrong product or colour — we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you and arrange the appropriate solution.
Faulty or Defective Products
If you believe your protective gear has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us before returning it.
Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of any manufacturer warranty and cannot be excluded by this policy. Consumer guarantee rights may also continue beyond the stated manufacturer warranty period.
Choosing the Right Fit
The Triple 8 Wipeout Dry Erase Pad Set is designed for Youth 5+.
- Knee Pads: One size fits most kids
- Elbow Pads: One size fits most kids
- Wrist Guards: Approx. 15.5–18cm around the knuckles
For the wrist guards, measure your child’s hand circumference around the knuckles before ordering. The guards should feel secure without restricting circulation or normal hand movement.
