Delivery is usually between 9 am & 5 pm on Weekdays.

The courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. i.e. Authority to Leave is assumed.

Our boxes have pictures of bikes on them so if your bike needs to be a surprise you may want to have it delivered to work or an alternative address.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

If you are sending it to a business address please provide the business name

All products are in stock unless otherwise stated next to the item

For the bulk of our deliveries, we use Aramex, Couriers Please, or Australia Post. You will receive consignment note details via email from Transdirect, Australia Post, or Sendle.

If you have not received an email from one of our carriers please check your junk mailbox as these emails sometimes end up here.

Manufacturers Warranty

Our Kid’s Balance Bikes come with a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is limited to riders weighing less than 30kgs for a 12″ bike, 50kgs for a 14″ bike & 100kgs for our 18″ bike, and 120kgs for a 24″ bike.

Our Kids Scooters come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our Kids Helmets and Adult Helmets come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our Bike Accessories come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Resolving warranty issues is easy. Simply contact nicole@xchangesports.com.au and include the following information:

Please explain the issue you’re experiencing with your Kidvelo product.
Attach a digital photo.
Complete shipping address.
Daytime phone number.
Email address.
The Production Date and Batch number of your Bike if applicable.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, whether returning or exchanging.

Please refrain from unpacking and/or assembling if there is a possibility of a return for personal reasons.

If we make a shipping error, such as the wrong colour, style, or size, we will gladly email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us for an exchange or refund.

Ordering the wrong size is NOT considered an error on Kidvelo’s part. Please be sure of your choice(s) when making your purchase.

Returns Policy

Since we all share the goal of having your child happily riding outside, we encourage you to call us as we might be able to resolve the issue without returning the product.

All of our kid’s products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects and a 30 day 100% Love your Ride satisfaction guarantee.

If you wish to return your product please contact us with your proof of purchase and we will provide you with a Return Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in at Xchange Sports Australia at PO Box 44 St Ives N.S.W. 2075

We love our Rookie 12 bike. We have the balance bike and our son loves the Neon Green colour as it really pops in the sun so it is easy to see him riding around the park. It’s a strong, well-crafted bike that will last through all of our kids. I highly recommend Kidvelo!
