What age should a child get their first bike?
The ideal age for a child’s first bicycle is typically between 2 and 5 years old. However, readiness for a bike can also depend on the individual child’s physical coordination and confidence level.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your child’s inseam barefoot, from floor to crotch, and match it to the seat height range on the product page. Their feet should sit flat with a slight knee bend, never on tiptoe. If they fall between two sizes, size up so the bike lasts longer.
Balance bike or training wheels?
Training wheels teach pedalling but not balance, so the fear starts again the day they come off. A balance bike teaches steering, leaning and braking first, which is why most kids move to pedals faster from one.
Which helmet does my child need?

Kids bikes
